Stregth training: pyramid sets 4x10,8,6,4 (5 sec pause between each set of reps, 30 seconds between each set)
Flat-palmed wide push-ups

Walking lunges
Knuckle push-ups: Standard push-up done on the back two knuckles.
Speed skater lunges
Gorilla chin-ups
Sumo squats
Diamond-palmed triangle push-ups
Side lunges
Chair dips
Mountain climbers
Cool down: Yoga
