Cardio: Jump rope circuit 10 min
Basic jump 1 min
Side swing 1 min
Slolam 1 min
Side swing 1 min
Bell jump 1 min
Side swing 1 min
Twist jump 1 min
Side swing 1 min
Straddle jump 1 min
Side swing 1 min
